Export History lets you view the export jobs, download exported files, and delete jobs. You can download only the export jobs that you have created.

Task List

The Task List displays the export jobs that you have created.

The Task List has these columns.

Column

Description

Task Name

Lists the name that you gave to the export job.

Status

Lists whether the job is still running or if it has finished.

• Queued—The job has not yet been started. It is waiting for one or more other jobs to be processed.
• Started—The job has been submitted but has not finished.
• Interrupted—The system was shut down after the job was started.
• Error—The job failed.
• Complete—The job has finished running.

Important: The status will not update automatically. To view the updated status, refresh the page in your browser.

Owner

Lists the username of the person who created the job.

Task List Options

The options column of the Task List gives you commands that let you manage the export jobs.

You have these options.

Option

Description

Download Report

Opens a dialog that lets you open or save the compressed DaXML file. Files are saved as compressed tar files (*.tar.gz). The default name of the file is the task name.

Note: You can only download exports that you created.

Delete this task and its data

 

Removes the task from the list and deletes the associated export file.

Important: Deleted export files and tasks cannot be restored.
